We are looking for a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in overseeing financial reporting processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in financial consolidation, SEC reporting, and audit practices. Responsibilities:• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.• Manage SEC reporting requirements, including quarterly and annual filings.• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations and internal controls.• Oversee the financial consolidation process using tools such as OneStream.• Collaborate with auditing teams to support internal and external audits.• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.• Develop and implement efficient reporting processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in financial reporting.• Support special projects related to financial systems and reporting enhancements.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation. • Proven expertise in SEC reporting, including preparation of annual and quarterly filings. • Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and internal controls. • Proficiency in using financial consolidation systems, such as OneStream. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory standards. • Experience working with audit processes, both internal and external. • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Effective communication and leadership abilities to work collaboratively across teams.
