Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cranbury, New Jersey. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, where you will play a vital role in supporting production planning, logistics, and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing supply chain data, collaborating across departments, and ensuring efficient workflows.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Prepare and print labels, release production orders, and update work instructions to support efficient production planning.</li><li>Modify production schedules as needed to align with shifting priorities and operational demands.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics.</li><li>Provide backup support for purchasing and other cross-functional roles as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline delivery schedules and reduce transportation costs.</li><li>Leverage advanced Excel functions and Microsoft Office tools to analyze, interpret, and visualize supply chain data.</li><li>Respond promptly and effectively to customer service inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction.</li><li>Oversee order entry processes and verify accuracy across supply chain documentation and records.</li></ul>
<p>• Proven experience in customer service.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of order entry and supply chain management processes.</p><p>• Proficiency in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports using Excel.</p><p>• Familiarity with bill of materials (BOM) and production planning workflows.</p><p>• Ability to collaborate effectively with logistics and other cross-functional teams.</p><p>• Skilled in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring high-quality service.</p><p>• Experience in printing and label generation processes.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.</p>
