Responsibilities:• Monitor delinquent accounts and recommend corrective actions to address outstanding balances.• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally while providing accurate billing information.• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support for collection efforts.• Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate financial records.• Execute effective collection strategies to recover overdue payments and minimize financial risk.• Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of receivables.• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all collection activities.• Build strong relationships with vendors and clients to foster trust and streamline payment processes.• Generate reports on collection activities and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.• Assist in resolving disputes related to billing and payment discrepancies

• Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field. • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and other financial software. • Excellent communication skills for handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries. • Knowledge of billing functions and collection processes. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation skills. • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
