We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle accounting operations, working closely within a small but dynamic finance department. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is skilled at managing various accounting processes with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Handle full-cycle accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable management. • Prepare and maintain journal entries to ensure accurate financial records. • Perform month-end closing activities to finalize financial statements. • Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure all discrepancies are addressed. • Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and transactions. • Collaborate with the Head of Finance to support strategic financial planning. • Utilize Business One software for accounting operations and reporting. • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations. • Provide insights and reports on financial performance and metrics.

• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable. • Proficiency in month-end close procedures and general ledger management. • Strong understanding of journal entries and account reconciliation. • Demonstrated expertise in bank reconciliations and financial accuracy. • Familiarity with Business One or similar accounting software. • Ability to work effectively within a small team and collaborate with senior finance leadership. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
