This role involves performing a variety of tasks in the accounting field, with a focus on supporting the month-end close process. The role falls within the construction industry, so any prior experience in this area would be beneficial. Responsibilities: • Execute month-end close procedures, ensuring accurate financial records • Use Microsoft Excel at an advanced level to create and update financial reports • Prepare comprehensive financial statements to provide insight into company performance • Perform account reconciliation tasks, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations • Update and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate accounting records • Generate precise journal entries to record company financial transactions • Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for financial management and reporting • Support construction projects as a project accountant, overseeing financial aspects.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. • Demonstrated ability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation. • Experience with Bank Reconciliations is necessary. • Must have a strong understanding of the General Ledger. • Familiarity with Journal Entries is a must. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. • Experience with Month End Close activities. • Knowledge of NetSuite is beneficial. • Oracle expertise is desirable. • Familiarity with SAP is considered a plus.
