The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial activities and ensuring accuracy in reporting. Responsibilities:• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and completed on time.• Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly recorded and reconciled.• Prepare and post journal entries in adherence to accounting standards.• Perform account reconciliations to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accounts align with banking records.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for quarterly filings and audits.• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.• Provide support for special projects and financial analyses as needed.• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting principles in all financial activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required. • Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally combining public accounting and corporate roles.• Proficiency in managing month-end close processes and general ledger activities.• Strong knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.• Familiarity with accounting regulations and principles.• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
