Product Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment and placement of highly-skilled IT professionals while developing strategies to meet client needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of both candidates and clients.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent for contract, contract-to-permanent, and long-term roles.<br>• Manage the complete recruitment process, including job intake, candidate outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations.<br>• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates across areas such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics.<br>• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.<br>• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to attract experienced candidates.<br>• Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients while ensuring compliance with internal standards.<br>• Collaborate with team members to cross-sell services and maximize the firm’s network.<br>• Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights.<br>• Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions for placed candidates.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with 2 years specializing in IT recruitment preferred.<br>• Proven ability to meet or exceed placement and revenue targets.<br>• Strong familiarity with IT skill sets, including development, infrastructure, security, and enterprise applications.<br>• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.<br>• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field is preferred.<br>• Knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in the IT sector.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
