Full Charge Bookkeeper
We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Miami, Florida. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who excels in managing comprehensive bookkeeping tasks with precision and professionalism. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote flexibility with occasional in-office days based on workload demands.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.<br>• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.<br>• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure proper alignment of financial records.<br>• Prepare and manage payroll operations, including coordination and timely execution.<br>• Generate and review financial reports to provide insights into company performance.<br>• Handle billing processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collections.<br>• Oversee tax payments and filings to meet regulatory deadlines.<br>• Monitor and track payments, resolving discrepancies when necessary.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve financial workflows and reporting processes.
<p>• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.</p><p>• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop for managing financial records and transactions.</p><p>• Solid knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.</p><p>• Demonstrated expertise in performing bank reconciliations.</p><p>• Familiarity with payroll administration and associated compliance requirements.</p><p>• Ability to manage tax filings and payments accurately and on time.</p><p>• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration.</p><p><br></p><p>Please send your resume to brenda.arce@roberthalf</p>
