This role is based in Doral, Florida, and requires a bilingual individual fluent in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a body shop or collision center and possess a deep understanding of car parts. Responsibilities:• Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive first impression.• Receive and manage deliveries.• Coordinate services and assist with client inquiries to provide exceptional customer support.• Handle inbound calls, addressing customer needs and providing accurate information regarding services.• Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.• Collaborate with team members to anticipate and address operational needs proactively.• Support the team by planning ahead and staying resourceful in a fast-paced environment.• Utilize knowledge of car parts to assist with customer questions and service coordination.• Provide bilingual communication in English and Spanish to cater to a diverse clientele. • Previous experience working in a body shop or collision center is mandatory.• Strong knowledge of car parts and their functions.• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations with a solution-oriented mindset.• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan ahead and manage time effectively.• Outstanding customer service skills, including patience and a calm demeanor in all interactions.• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
