<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA strongly preferred).</li><li>At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience.</li><li>Proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks Desktop) and Google Suite; advanced Excel skills required.</li><li>Solid understanding of GAAP, payroll regulations, and federal/state compliance requirements.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and alignment with organizational values.</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.</li><li>Experience supporting growth initiatives, including scaling operations from small to mid-sized organizations.</li><li>Proven track record of streamlining accounting and payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.</li></ul>
