<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience; prior Controller or Accounting Manager experience in a small to mid-sized company preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.</li><li>Hands-on experience with A/P, A/R, and cash management.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.</li></ul>
