Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service by assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others and skilled in working in fast-paced environments.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and other communication channels.<br>• Process and manage customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are captured and verified.<br>• Handle inbound calls with efficiency and provide solutions to customer concerns.<br>• Assist with outbound calls when necessary to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues.<br>• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met and share relevant information.<br>• Provide information about products or services and guide customers through processes.<br>• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.<br>• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by sharing feedback and insights.<br>• Uphold company standards for customer service and ensure compliance with policies.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.<br>• Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Proficiency in order entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.<br>• Familiarity with customer service tools and systems.<br>• Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.<br>• Reliability and a strong work ethic to meet long-term contract commitments.
