Call Center Specialist/ Trouble Shooting
We are looking for a skilled Call Center Specialist with technical expertise to join our team in Los Alamitos, California. This is a long-term contract position offering hybrid work flexibility after training. The ideal candidate will excel at troubleshooting customer issues, managing sales-related inquiries, and providing exceptional service in an electronics-focused environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle inbound customer calls to address issues ranging from sales inquiries to technical troubleshooting.<br>• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, software, and hardware problems, including printer and electronics-related concerns.<br>• Utilize Oracle software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.<br>• Provide clear and concise solutions while typing and communicating with clients simultaneously.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.<br>• Adapt to a hybrid schedule, working both in-office and remotely after completing training.<br>• Maintain a detail-oriented and efficient approach in a fast-paced call center environment.<br>• Apply networking knowledge to resolve customer connectivity issues.<br>• Support the department by responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring smooth operations.<br>• Deliver excellent service while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
• Previous call center experience with a focus on technical troubleshooting.<br>• Strong proficiency in customer service software such as Oracle.<br>• Ability to type 50-60 words per minute while communicating effectively.<br>• Solid understanding of networking principles and connectivity troubleshooting.<br>• Familiarity with basic office equipment and electronics, including printers.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
