You will play a key role in ensuring that cross-functional initiatives are executed efficiently and deliverables are met on time. Responsibilities:• Oversee the planning and execution of creative projects, ensuring timelines are adhered to and deliverables meet quality standards.• Coordinate social media activities, including scheduling posts and managing engagement across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.• Support marketing campaigns by organizing assets, tracking performance, and preparing reports.• Attend and contribute to meetings with cross-departmental teams, ensuring project requirements are communicated and followed through.• Assist in crafting compelling copy and contributing to creative tasks as needed.• Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.• Monitor and manage project progress using tools like Asana, ensuring transparency and accountability.• Apply agile methodologies to streamline workflows and optimize project outcomes.• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to resolve challenges and adapt strategies as needed.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, social media coordination, or marketing. • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders. • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana; experience with HubSpot is a plus. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum. • Detail-oriented approach with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and decision-making. • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable. • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
