HR Generalist
<p>We are looking for an experienced SR. HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Londonderry, New Hampshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of HR expertise to ensure smooth operations and support for our workforce.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.</p><p>• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.</p><p>• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and addressing any related inquiries.</p><p>• Support HR administration tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.</p><p>• Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and generate reports for decision-making.</p><p>• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.</p><p>• Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment with HR initiatives and organizational goals.</p><p>• Analyze HR operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.</p><p>• Assist with compliance efforts to ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.</p>
• Minimum of five years of experience in human resources roles.<br>• Strong background in employee relations and HR administration.<br>• Proficiency in managing onboarding processes and benefits programs.<br>• Experience working with HRIS systems to handle employee data.<br>• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across all levels.<br>• Ability to analyze HR operations and propose actionable improvements.<br>• Familiarity with AI Ops is a plus, but not mandatory.
