• Proven experience in recruitment sourcing, with a focus on identifying top talent. • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in working with HRIS and other recruitment tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with employee relations and HR administration processes. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities.
