In this Contract position, you will play a key role in managing and analyzing receivables to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records. Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage outstanding balances to ensure timely collection of payments. • Perform cash application processes to accurately allocate payments to customer accounts. • Handle commercial collections by communicating with customers to resolve payment issues. • Execute billing functions to ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on schedule. • Reconcile cash activity and maintain up-to-date financial records. • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts. • Provide regular updates and reports on receivable status and cash flow trends. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support payment resolution. • Analyze accounts receivable data to identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, and cash application. • Strong knowledge of billing processes and cash activity reconciliation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships. • Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to accounts receivable. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping. • Familiarity with compliance regulations related to accounts receivable. • Analytical skills to identify trends and recommend improvements.
