Office Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily office operations while ensuring smooth workflows across various administrative and financial functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is skilled at managing multiple systems and responsibilities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.<br>• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes while maintaining accurate financial records.<br>• Utilize accounting software systems to perform bookkeeping and financial tasks.<br>• Handle inbound calls professionally, providing assistance and routing inquiries as needed.<br>• Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including scheduling and CRM updates.<br>• Process employee payroll through ADP and ensure compliance with financial procedures.<br>• Monitor and handle expense reporting using Concur to maintain budget accuracy.<br>• Support dental office operations by utilizing Dentrix software for scheduling and patient records.<br>• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of office activities using About Time software.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve office workflows and resolve operational challenges.
• Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles.<br>• Proficiency in accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.<br>• Familiarity with accounting software systems and tools such as Concur, ADP, and CRM platforms.<br>• Knowledge of Dentrix Dental Software or equivalent systems is a plus.<br>• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in handling various office tasks.<br>• Excellent communication skills for managing calls and coordinating with team members.<br>• Ability to work effectively with About Time software for documentation purposes.<br>• Demonstrated organizational skills to maintain smooth office operations.
