We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual capable of handling the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. As this is an onsite position, you will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure that staffing needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities:• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.• Utilize applicant tracking systems to monitor and manage candidate pipelines effectively.• Conduct high-volume recruitment activities to meet organizational demands.• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across various platforms.• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process.• Coordinate and schedule interviews, both virtual and in-person, as required.• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.• Support pre-employment requirements.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruitment activities.• Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying candidates through various channels.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Familiarity with Kronos software is a plus.• Ability to work onsite in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
