We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Lakeville, Minnesota. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in-office and remotely, providing flexibility while supporting critical financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for delivering accurate and efficient results.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.<br>• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all accounts are up-to-date and balanced.<br>• Prepare and post journal entries to support financial transactions and adjustments.<br>• Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.<br>• Handle bank reconciliations, ensuring alignment between company records and bank statements.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.<br>• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and detailed financial records.<br>• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.<br>• Proficiency in month-end close processes, general ledger management, and journal entry preparation.<br>• Strong skills in account reconciliation and bank reconciliation.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.<br>• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.<br>• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
