We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In this role, you will contribute to key financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring the organization's financial health and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage complex accounting processes in a manufacturing environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and related reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Manage account reconciliations and ensure adherence to regulatory reporting requirements.<br>• Lead financial reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting processes to support organizational goals.<br>• Utilize Epicor and other financial systems to streamline data management and reporting.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address manufacturing accounting needs and optimize financial processes.<br>• Provide detailed financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making.<br>• Support audit activities by preparing necessary documentation and maintaining compliance with standards.<br>• Ensure month-end and year-end close processes are completed accurately and on time.<br>• Identify opportunities to improve accounting practices and implement efficient workflows.

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.</p><p>• CPA certification is strongly preferred.</p><p>• At least five years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting, ideally within a manufacturing environment.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.</p><p>• Familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of account reconciliations, general ledger management, and journal entries.</p><p>• Experience in month-end close processes and maintaining compliance with industry standards.</p><p>• Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey financial insights effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>This client offers a full suite of benefits and above market pay.</p>
