We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team on a contract to hire basis and play a key role in driving business success.</p><ul><li>Engage with inbound leads and follow up on warm prospects via phone, email, and CRM.</li><li>Educate clients on mortgage products, rates, and services to identify the best solutions for their needs.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with potential borrowers and referral partners.</li><li>Schedule appointments for loan officers and assist in the pre-qualification process.</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure compliance with industry regulations.</li></ul>

<p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.</p><p>• Previous experience in the mortgage industry is preferred but not required.</p><p>• Strong proficiency in customer service, including handling inbound and outbound calls.</p><p>• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.</p><p>• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers professionally.</p><p>• College degree is preferred but not mandatory, demonstrating a commitment to learning and growth.</p><p>• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team success.</p>
