Responsibilities: • Assist with month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. • Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the integrity of financial data. • Manage general ledger accounts to ensure proper classification and reconciliation. • Perform account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Oversee depreciation schedules and allocations to ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Provide support for non-profit accounting requirements, ensuring adherence to regulations. • Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy. • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Proven experience in posting journal entries and managing general ledger accounts. • Familiarity with month-end close procedures and financial reporting. • Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and problem-solving skills. • Experience in non-profit accounting practices is preferred. • Proficiency in managing depreciation and allocation processes. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
