Responsibilities:• Perform detailed reconciliations of bank accounts to ensure financial accuracy.• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, maintaining compliance with standards.• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.• Oversee accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and maintain cash flow.• Collaborate with team members to support financial projects and initiatives.• Handle general accounting tasks such as journal entries and ledger updates.• Utilize accounting software, including Yardi, to manage financial operations effectively.• Assist with accounts payable processes to ensure accurate and timely payments.• Provide reporting and documentation for stakeholders as needed.• Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data models, for financial analysis.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. • Strong technical skills with experience using Yardi and other accounting software. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data modeling. • Demonstrated ability to perform bank reconciliations and manage journal entries. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in variance analysis and financial reporting.
