Executive Assistant
                    
					
						We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executives in a fast-paced environment. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations and communication. As this is a long-term contract role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing schedules, coordinating travel, and supporting executive meetings.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled accurately.<br>• Coordinate and arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.<br>• Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure executives are well-informed of their schedules.<br>• Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.<br>• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.<br>• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation and correspondence.<br>• Monitor and prioritize emails, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.<br>• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges.<br>• Support executives in various ad-hoc tasks as needed to optimize their productivity.
					
					
						• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.<br>• Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.<br>• Demonstrated ability to arrange and coordinate complex travel plans.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.<br>• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.<br>• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
