<p>We’re seeking an Application Support Specialist to support enterprise SaaS platforms and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll investigate and resolve application issues, manage user provisioning in Azure AD, and collaborate with vendors or internal teams to maintain uptime and data integrity. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of technical troubleshooting and customer interaction.</p>

<p>2+ years experience supporting SaaS or enterprise applications</p><p>Basic SQL for troubleshooting and reporting</p><p>Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and application logs</p><p>Strong communication and documentation skills</p><p>Experience with ticketing or ITSM systems</p>
