<p>We are seeking a <strong>Network Administrator</strong> to join a growing IT team and support the stability, performance, and security of our enterprise network environment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring reliable connectivity across the organization, managing network hardware, and providing technical support for both planned enhancements and day-to-day operations.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems)</li><li>Perform network configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning</li><li>Manage and maintain LAN/WAN environments, VPNs, VLANs, and network security controls</li><li>Implement network policies, procedures, and best practices to drive operational efficiency</li><li>Respond to escalated network issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems</li><li>Maintain documentation for network diagrams, asset inventory, and change management</li><li>Assist in planning and executing network improvement and expansion projects</li></ul><p><br></p>
