We are looking for an experienced Regional Finance Manager to join our team in Irving, Texas. This is a contract position where you will spearhead financial planning and analysis initiatives to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, along with expertise in analyzing variances and small business lending.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the development and execution of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.<br>• Conduct detailed financial modeling to evaluate performance and support key business decisions.<br>• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.<br>• Prepare forecasts to anticipate financial outcomes and guide strategic planning.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and improve financial processes.<br>• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.<br>• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business progress.<br>• Support small business lending operations by analyzing financial risks and opportunities.<br>• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.<br>• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

<p>• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.</p><p>• Proficiency in financial modeling, including the ability to analyze complex data sets.</p><p>• Experience in Adaptive Insights, Sage Intacct, Data Warehouse, Power BI, and Excel.</p><p>• Expertise in variance analysis and identifying cost-saving opportunities.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of small business lending practices and financial risk assessment.</p><p>• Advanced skills in budgeting processes and tools.</p><p>• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.</p><p>• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.</p><p>• Familiarity with FP& A tools and software for efficient reporting and analysis.</p>
