We are looking for a skilled Budget Manager to oversee financial planning and analysis activities with one of the most desired companies in DFW! Based in Fort Worth, Texas, this role involves managing operating and capital expenditures, preparing forecasts, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Responsibilities:• Manage operating expenses related to programs, repair initiatives, and in-house manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate financial tracking.• Prepare and record journal entries, maintain forecasts, and provide variance explanations for income statement and balance sheet items.• Develop and present monthly financial reports, including close activities and annual plans.• Monitor capital expenditures for improvement projects, acquisitions, and maintenance programs, ensuring alignment with authorized budgets.• Coordinate with business partners to establish and approve capital plans while creating financial documentation.• Present financial insights to field personnel and headquarters teams to support budget management.• Collaborate with operational teams to provide guidance and assistance in managing budgetary areas.• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a finance-related role.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.• Experience preparing detailed financial reports, analyses, and correspondence.• Knowledge of cost accounting principles and metrics development to aid decision-making.• Ability to develop training materials and conduct presentations effectively.• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and CPA certification
