We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Inverness, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to manage invoice processing and payment workflows effectively. Responsibilities: • Process, review, and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Manage coding of invoices and ensure proper account allocation. • Perform regular check runs to facilitate timely payments to vendors. • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies or issues promptly. • Utilize Sage Intacct software for efficient financial management and reporting. • Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for. • Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts payable activities. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts payable processes. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.• Proficiency in coding invoices and managing check runs.• Strong skills in invoice processing and maintaining accurate financial records.• Familiarity with Sage Intacct software is HIGHLY preferred.• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.• Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.• Knowledge of accounts payable practices and relevant regulations.
