Business Systems Analyst
We are looking for a dedicated Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Independence, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive desktop support and technical assistance to ensure seamless operations. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Deliver expert desktop support services, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software.<br>• Assist users in understanding and utilizing applications effectively, ensuring optimal functionality.<br>• Manage and maintain workstation imaging processes to ensure consistency and reliability.<br>• Provide support for Active Directory, including user account management and permissions.<br>• Collaborate with product and development teams to identify and address system bugs and implement improvements.<br>• Document user interactions, issue resolutions, and support activities for process improvement.<br>• Conduct training sessions to educate users on system functionalities and best practices.<br>• Ensure the reliability and performance of desktop hardware and software through proactive maintenance.<br>• Offer application support to resolve user challenges and enhance overall productivity.<br>• Participate in quality assurance efforts to identify and address potential system vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency in PC desktop and workstation support.<br>• Strong knowledge of Active Directory for user account management.<br>• Experience with desktop hardware and troubleshooting.<br>• Familiarity with Windows 10 operating system.<br>• Hands-on experience with desktop imaging and deployment processes.<br>• Ability to provide application support and resolve user technical issues.<br>• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<br>• Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
