Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer
<p>We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our team in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and engineering to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI tools, data governance, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure data-driven solutions align with organizational goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collect, clean, and integrate healthcare data from diverse internal and external sources.</p><p>• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data across various systems.</p><p>• Perform advanced data querying and optimization to uncover trends and root causes.</p><p>• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, incorporating row-level security and reusable datasets.</p><p>• Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and align insights with strategic objectives.</p><p>• Present complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner.</p><p>• Develop automated data ingestion pipelines using Python to parse structured and unstructured files.</p><p>• Monitor and troubleshoot file transfers to ensure seamless data operations.</p><p>• Conduct quality assurance checks to validate data accuracy and maintain compliance with data governance standards.</p><p>• Manage version control and ensure data security using tools like Git.</p>
• At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data engineering roles.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and row-level security implementations.<br>• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Azure Data Factory.<br>• Experience with Python for data automation and pipeline development.<br>• Familiarity with database structures, schemas, and data integration processes.<br>• Ability to create scalable, performance-focused BI solutions.<br>• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.<br>• Strong understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and security protocols.
