Receptionist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and directed to the appropriate person or department.<br>• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, providing accurate information or transferring calls as needed.<br>• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to ensure it meets company standards.<br>• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and processing correspondence.<br>• Assist with filing, record-keeping, and other clerical duties as required.<br>• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.<br>• Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary to maintain inventory.<br>• Provide support during meetings and events, including setup and logistical arrangements.<br>• Address client or visitor inquiries promptly and courteously.<br>• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, printers, and computers.<br>• Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic software applications.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Detail-oriented demeanor and appearance.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a high level of integrity.
