We are looking for a skilled and motivated Attorney to join a renowned legal team in Houston, Texas. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases that have a significant impact across industries, while collaborating directly with elite trial teams. If you are passionate about delivering justice, enjoy crafting persuasive legal arguments, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with trial teams to develop case strategies and prepare for trials or settlements.<br>• Conduct in-depth legal research across various jurisdictions to support litigation efforts.<br>• Draft compelling legal briefs, including responses to motions and affirmative filings.<br>• Create effective demand packages supported by strong legal analysis.<br>• Assist during trials by preparing briefs and contributing to real-time legal strategies.<br>• Analyze case files and evidence to establish winning case themes.<br>• Provide support on cases involving catastrophic injuries, product liability, industrial disputes, and commercial litigation.<br>• Manage multiple deadlines with precision while maintaining high-quality work.<br>• Travel as needed to support trial efforts and team collaboration.

• Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.<br>• Hold an active attorney license and be in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.<br>• Have a minimum of two years' experience in civil litigation or one year of experience as a judicial clerk.<br>• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.<br>• Be proficient in Office 365; familiarity with legal software such as Filevine or SharePoint is a plus.<br>• Show a willingness to work extended hours when required by case demands.<br>• Possess the ability to travel for trials and occasional meetings as needed.
