We are relentless advocates for our clients and are looking for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment where excellence is the standard.</p><p><br></p><p>If you’re ready to push your litigation career to the next level and work on cases that make headlines, this role offers the platform, resources, and mentorship to do it.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Collaborate closely with a senior trial team to represent plaintiffs in complex, high-value civil litigation.</p><p><br></p><p>Manage cases from initial intake through trial or settlement, taking ownership of strategy, preparation, and execution.</p><p><br></p><p>Conduct depositions, argue motions, and drive case development with precision and urgency.</p><p><br></p><p>Draft sophisticated pleadings, motions, briefs, and demand packages.</p><p><br></p><p>Actively participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials.</p><p><br></p><p>Work across multiple jurisdictions, primarily Texas and Louisiana, with additional cases nationwide.</p><p><br></p><p>Maintain proactive communication with clients and ensure exceptional advocacy at every stage.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.</p><p><br></p><p>Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.</p><p><br></p><p>3–5 years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).</p><p><br></p><p>Proven experience taking depositions and arguing motions in court.</p><p><br></p><p>Superior writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines without extensive supervision.</p><p><br></p><p>Professionalism, discretion, and adherence to all ethical, policy, and confidentiality standards.</p><p><br></p><p>Ability to work extended hours when case demands arise.</p><p><br></p><p>Willingness to travel as needed for depositions, hearings, and trials.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an in-office position; remote work is not available.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred Experience</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Trial experience or meaningful participation in trials.</p><p><br></p><p>Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal practice.</p><p><br></p><p>Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.</p>
