This is a temporary contract position offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in accounts receivable processes and your knowledge of NetSuite. In this role, you will play an integral part in maintaining accurate records, driving collections, and ensuring seamless financial operations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Invoicing & Billing:</strong> Prepare, issue, and reconcile invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing.</li><li><strong>Collections:</strong> Monitor outstanding balances, process payments, and follow up with clients on past-due accounts to maintain strong cash flow.</li><li><strong>Customer Interaction:</strong> Take inbound and outbound calls to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner.</li><li><strong>Database Entry & Filing:</strong> Manage digital and physical records of accounts receivable activities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.</li><li><strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Partner with other departments to address and resolve invoicing or payment issues.</li><li><strong>NetSuite Expertise:</strong> Navigate and utilize the NetSuite system for accounts receivable processing, generating reports, and maintaining accurate financial data</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable or similar roles. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency in <strong>NetSuite</strong> (required). Experience with Microsoft Excel and other financial software preferred.</li><li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Strong communication, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li><strong>Administrative Tasks:</strong> Comfortable with filing, maintaining accurate records, and handling various administrative duties related to finance.</li></ul><p><br></p>
