<p>Customer Service Representative </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, provide exceptional service, and assist customers with inquiries and concerns. This position also involves occasional front-facing interactions to support office visitors as needed.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.</p><p><br></p><p>• Maintain a consistent workflow, ensuring quality service during peak call times such as Mondays and Fridays.</p><p><br></p><p>• Assist office visitors as required, providing support when the front desk needs additional help.</p><p><br></p><p>• Navigate and utilize online payment platforms efficiently to assist customers with transactions.</p><p><br></p><p>• Deliver empathetic and patient service, especially when handling frustrated or upset customers.</p><p><br></p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations.</p><p><br></p><p>• Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.</p><p><br></p><p>• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations calmly and effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>• Proficiency in navigating online platforms and systems quickly and accurately.</p><p><br></p><p>• Ability to manage high call volumes during peak times with efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>• Interpersonal skills and a focus on detail for occasional face-to-face interactions.</p><p><br></p><p>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.</p><p><br></p><p>• Adaptability to learn new systems and processes swiftly.</p><p><br></p><p>• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.</p>
