Office Manager
<p>We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our administrative office in Hanover, Maryland. This is a contract position ideal for someone with strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to managing office supplies and receptionist duties. The role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining efficient workflows.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.</p><p>• Manage the ordering, tracking, and replenishment of office supplies to ensure availability.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of office supply inventory and related expenses.</p><p>• Perform receptionist duties, such as answering calls and greeting visitors professionally.</p><p>• Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and conducive to productivity.</p><p>• Support team members with administrative tasks and troubleshooting office-related issues.</p><p>• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations</p>
• Proven experience in office administration or management.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in handling accounts payable processes.<br>• Ability to manage inventory and order supplies effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist responsibilities, including phone and front desk management.<br>• Competency with office software and tools.<br>• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
