<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team in Haddonfield, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing project billing, resolving invoice discrepancies, and supporting accounts receivable processes. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial operations and excellent problem-solving abilities.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of project billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.</p><p>• Investigate and resolve discrepancies on invoices to maintain smooth financial operations.</p><p>• Provide support to accounts receivable activities, including monitoring payments and addressing issues.</p><p>• Record and manage journal entries to ensure proper accounting practices.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance billing processes and customer service.</p><p>• Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.</p><p>• Assist in exporting customer service data for accurate billing and reporting purposes.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all billing operations.</p>

<p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related financial roles.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of billing functions and best practices.</p><p>• Ability to resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently and accurately.</p><p>• Familiarity with journal entries and general accounting principles.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.</p><p>• Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams to improve processes.</p><p>• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.</p>
