Sr. HR Business Partner
<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. In this role, you will contribute to the growth and success of the organization by driving HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives. This is a long-term contract position, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.</p><p>• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.</p><p>• Oversee the creation, implementation, and updating of HR policies and procedures.</p><p>• Collaborate with leadership to drive performance management processes and initiatives.</p><p>• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts.</p><p>• Design and deliver onboarding programs to integrate new hires successfully into the company.</p><p>• Provide guidance on organizational development and workforce planning.</p><p>• Facilitate performance reviews and offer strategies for improving team effectiveness.</p><p>• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.</p><p>• Support restructuring processes to optimize organizational efficiency and alignment</p>
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior HR Business Partner role.<br>• Strong expertise in employee relations and HR policy development.<br>• Proven ability to manage performance management and organizational development initiatives.<br>• Solid understanding of change management principles and practices.<br>• Experience in crafting and executing onboarding programs.<br>• Proficiency in workforce analysis and delivering actionable insights.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and drive strategic HR solutions.
