Technical Recruiter
<p>We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team in Broomfield, Colorado. In this Long-term Contract position, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical sales talent. This opportunity involves managing the recruitment lifecycle and contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition strategy.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the full-cycle recruitment life cycle for highly specialized technical and commercial roles, including Hardware Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Enterprise Strategic Accounts.</p><p>• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to proactively identify and connect with candidates who have relevant experience.</p><p>• Maintain job requisitions within Lever, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth workflows.</p><p>• Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top technical talent in competitive industries.</p><p>• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless and transparent hiring process.</p><p>• Facilitate a positive and efficient recruitment experience for all candidates.</p><p>• Enhance recruitment operations by contributing to employer branding initiatives and refining talent acquisition strategies.</p><p>• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates for technical and engineering roles.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices throughout the recruitment process.</p>
<p>• Proven expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.</p><p>• Strong background in corporate recruiting and sourcing for technical positions.</p><p>• Proficiency in conducting interviews and candidate assessments.</p><p>• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, such as Lever.</p><p>• Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.</p><p>• Familiarity with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to recruit for high-volume and specialized technical sales roles.</p><p>• Solid understanding of technical recruitment methods.</p>
