<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Application Support Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting our core enterprise applications and other internal and customer-facing systems. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, resolving issues, and enhancing user experience across the organization.</p><p> </p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong ERP and application support experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex problems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION: APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST</strong></p><p><strong>LOCATION: GRAND PRAIRIE (ONSITE)</strong></p><p><strong>DURATION: 12 MONTHS</strong></p><p><strong>RATE: $37-$42/HOUR</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide responsive and effective application support via phone, in person, and through ticketing systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support applications that interface with the ERP system.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis and document resolutions for recurring issues.</li><li>You will be in is responsible for around 80 or so primary applications </li><li>Support user-based applications that are mostly service as a solution (SaaS) where you have an admin interface to make changes or request the vendor to make the change for you. </li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting integrated enterprise software systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of transaction flows within ERP systems.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
