Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Glendale Heights, Illinois. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute your organizational and administrative skills to a dynamic workplace. The ideal candidate will excel in managing office tasks, handling communications, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling and organizing meetings.<br>• Answer and manage inbound calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.<br>• Maintain and update accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity.<br>• Provide receptionist support by greeting visitors and handling front desk operations.<br>• Assist with data entry tasks to ensure timely and efficient processing.<br>• Coordinate office supplies and resources to maintain a well-organized workspace.<br>• Support team members with documentation and correspondence as needed.<br>• Ensure timely communication within the office and with external stakeholders.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues to improve administrative processes and workflows.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.<br>• Strong proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls.<br>• Familiarity with office operations and administrative procedures.<br>• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Detail-oriented approach and the ability to provide receptionist support effectively.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
