Responsibilities:• Lead the planning and execution of the organization's IT strategy to align with overall business objectives.• Oversee deskside support teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.• Manage hardware deployments and ensure seamless integration of new systems.• Implement and maintain reliable backup technologies to safeguard critical data.• Coordinate the use of Cisco technologies to enhance network performance and security.• Drive the adoption of Azure DevOps and cloud-based AI solutions to improve operational efficiency.• Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and deliver scalable solutions.• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to foster growth and innovation.

• Proven experience in an IT leadership role, preferably as an IT Director or equivalent. • Strong knowledge of deskside support processes and best practices. • Expertise in deploying computer hardware and integrating new systems. • Proficiency in backup technologies and data recovery strategies. • In-depth understanding of Cisco technologies and network management. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and cloud-based AI platforms. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage IT teams and projects.
