We are looking for a dedicated Program Assistant to join our team in Gardena, California. In this role, you will focus on engaging families and childcare providers who are newly approved for our Stage 1 child care assistance program. This Contract-to-permanent position emphasizes proactive outreach and enrollment in our Wellness & Prevention Programs, which aim to support trauma-informed care and early childhood mental health. Responsibilities: • Conduct outreach to families and childcare providers, introducing them to available Wellness & Prevention Programs. • Guide participants through the process of completing online registration forms accurately and efficiently. • Register clients for services such as Trauma-Informed Care trainings and Early Childhood Mental Health consultations. • Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and participant registrations using Excel tracking logs. • Send confirmations, program flyers, and calendar invites for both virtual and in-person sessions. • Document declined participation and ensure client data is accurately entered and verified in the internal CC4 system. • Track project hours daily through the organization’s internal timekeeping system. • Provide consistent follow-up to ensure participants complete registration and attend scheduled services.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online form completion. • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data entry accuracy. • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are preferred but not mandatory. • Previous experience in early childhood programs or social services is advantageous. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and handle email correspondence. • At least 1 year of relevant experience with a focus on detail orientation.
