We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise in accounting operations and financial management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong analytical abilities and a proven track record in overseeing critical accounting processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage month-end close procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.<br>• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all accounts are properly balanced.<br>• Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.<br>• Conduct account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.<br>• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.<br>• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related documentation.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting processes.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations in all accounting practices.<br>• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably at a senior level.<br>• Strong proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger maintenance.<br>• Expertise in preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations.<br>• Experience with bank reconciliations and cash flow management.<br>• Familiarity with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.<br>• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.<br>• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
