We are looking for a skilled Controller to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Fort Worth, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a critical diligence process for a Mexican manufacturing company with operations spanning both the U.S. and Mexico. The position involves working closely with diverse teams and leveraging your bilingual expertise in Spanish and English to ensure smooth communication and accurate documentation. This is a 4-month part time contract position. 10-20 hours per week. Hybrid work schedule in Fort Worth, Texas. Must be fluent in Spanish. Part-time Controller (contract position):Responsibilities:• Collaborate with controllers and finance teams to collect, translate, and organize essential documentation.• Act as a liaison between U.S.-based teams and Spanish-speaking counterparts, ensuring clear and effective communication.• Translate financial and operational documents accurately between Spanish and English.• Facilitate coordination and communication during the diligence phase of the project.• Support the preparation and analysis of annual audited financial statements.• Assist in analyzing and interpreting financial statements to provide actionable insights.• Maintain and oversee general ledger activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Contribute to due diligence efforts by reviewing documentation and identifying key financial data.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of financial and business terminology.• Demonstrated experience in preparing and analyzing annual audited financial statements.• Solid knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial statement analysis.• Prior experience supporting due diligence processes in a detail-oriented environment.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex documentation.• Effective communication skills to work across multicultural teams.• Ability to translate technical financial documents accurately between Spanish and English.• Familiarity with operations in manufacturing or consumer goods industries is a plus.
