Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership to the accounting team by setting goals, offering coaching, and fostering growth. • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, assigning clear roles and ensuring accountability. • Manage and enhance the financial close process to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. • Conduct in-depth cost analyses and inventory evaluations to support production cost savings and inform sales strategies. • Champion process improvements, driving innovation and efficiency while adhering to tax regulations, audit standards, and company policies. • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze performance and set financial goals. • Develop and implement comprehensive training materials to ensure seamless knowledge transfer among team members.

• Proven experience in financial leadership roles, including managing accounting teams. • Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management. • Expertise in regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards. • Exceptional skills in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. • Ability to lead and execute process improvement initiatives. • Proficiency in developing training materials and mentoring team members. • Advanced knowledge of document control and management systems. • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
