Responsibilities:• Manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.• Collaborate with senior leadership to support financial decision-making.• Ensure compliance with debt agreements and reporting requirements.• Coordinate with treasury and asset management departments to streamline financial operations.• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.• Provide oversight and guidance to accounting staff on daily operations.• Implement and monitor financial controls to safeguard company assets.• Prepare annual financial reports and budgets.
