Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, manage inquiries, and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to build strong relationships with clients.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Initiate outreach efforts, including cold calls, to potential and existing customers in a detail-oriented and engaging manner.<br>• Handle customer inquiries and interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.<br>• Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate records of customer data, communications, and progress towards sales or service goals.<br>• Stay organized and manage tasks efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and attention to detail.<br>• Meet and exceed established metrics and performance objectives to support the team’s overall goals.<br>• Collaborate with team members and contribute to various initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br>• Assist with order entry and resolve customer issues effectively during inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Maintain a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and building lasting relationships.
• Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable; other language skills are also welcome.<br>• Possess a self-driven and friendly attitude, with the ability to handle outreach and navigate challenges confidently.<br>• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and reliability, with exceptional attention to detail.<br>• Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.<br>• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Fort Mill, South Carolina; remote work is not available.<br>• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, though training will be provided.<br>• Prior experience in call center or customer service roles is advantageous.<br>• Comfortable managing inbound and outbound calls and handling order entry tasks effectively.
